Notice

Short version: we collect what you type into the sourcing form, use it to answer your request, and nothing else.

What we collect

• Form data — GPU model, quantity, buy or rent, location, timeline, optional budget, company, optional name, work email, optional notes, and the page the form was sent from.
• Technical data — the IP address of the request, used for a short-lived rate limit against automated spam, and a timestamp of when the form was loaded. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period.
• Theme preference — if you switch light or dark mode, the choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Analytics — none at present. If we add an analytics tool, this notice will name it before it is switched on.

Why and on what basis

To answer your sourcing request and, if you go ahead, to prepare offers and a contract — steps you asked for. We do not sell form data, add it to marketing lists or share it with providers without your agreement to a specific introduction.

Who processes it

• Vercel (website hosting and the form endpoint).
• Telegram (internal notification of new requests to our team).
• Resend (email delivery, used as a fallback when the notification fails).

Retention and your rights

Requests that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion at any time, under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies to you, the GDPR. Send the request through the form, noting "privacy" in the notes field, and we will reply by email.
